Many product prices do not yet include freight. Where we display estimated freight or shipping charges, those amounts are indicative only and may be calculated from available rate data (including product weight × platform cost per kilogram) at the time you view or place an order. Estimated freight is shown for planning and is paid when goods arrive or are collected — it is not included in the amount charged at checkout.

Estimates are not a binding quote. Final freight and related charges can change with market rates, fuel surcharges, weight or volume re-measurement, routing, currency movement, or customs assessment. Teyatao is not liable for differences between an estimate and the amount ultimately charged by carriers, customs, or other third parties.

Any unexpected local fees, storage, or holds after delivery that arise from an incorrect address or local regulations remain your responsibility.

Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. Cross-border orders typically take 7–25 business days depending on origin, destination, and customs processing — they are estimates, not guarantees.

When available, tracking is sent by email/SMS and visible under Track order. Carrier scans may pause during customs clearance.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided (or pickup point you selected). Inspect parcels on delivery and report damage immediately.

Where available, our agents may inspect goods before shipping to help confirm quality and that the item matches your order. This check supports our service standard; it does not replace product warranties or reverse the freight estimate terms above.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, re-delivery or return-to-sender costs may be charged. Unclaimed parcels may be refunded minus applicable fees after return to warehouse.
