By accessing or using the Teyatao website, mobile experiences, or related services (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

The Platform is operated by Teyatao ("we", "us", "our"). We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract in your country of residence. You are responsible for ensuring that importing goods into your country is lawful for your use.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or our policies.

Product listings, prices, availability, and promotions may change without notice. A contract of sale is formed when we accept your order and send an order confirmation.

Prices displayed are in the currency shown at checkout. Where we quote a landed price, it is intended to include applicable shipping, duties, and taxes as described at checkout — final amounts may be adjusted only where required by law, carrier re-weighing, or customs authority.

We accept payment methods shown at checkout (including M-Pesa and card payments where available). You authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected method for the order total.

Many products ship from outside your country (including China). Delivery times are estimates. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and for cooperating with customs or carrier requests where applicable.

Import restrictions, prohibitions, or additional inspections imposed by authorities are outside our control. We are not liable for delays or refusals caused by customs or regulatory action.

Platform content, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Platform except as permitted by law.

Except where prohibited by law, the Platform and products are provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Product images and descriptions are for illustration; minor variations may occur.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Nairobi, Kenya shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

We encourage you to contact support first to resolve disputes. Where applicable, you may also use alternative dispute resolution mechanisms offered in your jurisdiction.
